Easy access to parking facilities was a nice touch.
The cleanliness of the room was severely disappointing. there were hair strands and visible stains on the floor and bedding, making it clear that proper cleaning wasn't done prior to my arrival. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable at night, with loud conversations echoing in the hallways, disrupting any chance of a good night's sleep. To top it off, the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and unfriendly when I approached them with my concerns about the room's condition.

the room was clean, but I found 2 flies buzzing around—how charming! with no microwave or blankets, who would have thought I would need to pay for extra sheets? I was expected to endure these inconveniences without any upgrade or even complimentary slippers, it really put me off! I almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

Staff that go above and beyond
I truly appreciated the kindness and support of the staff throughout my stay. They made every interaction pleasant and were always ready to help with a smile. The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.
However, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of a microwave made it hard to heat up food, and I found the hallways too dimly lit. Also, the location felt a bit off for exploring the vibrant parts of Guadalajara.

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a sizable bed and an ample television. The staff exhibited outstanding support, and the hotel’s proximity to the bus station was convenient, although the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy. An excellent taco place nearby offered great food options, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved the window above the shower that gave me some privacy while still letting in light. There’s a nice garden area perfect for relaxing and a cozy little nook to chill with a book. Just a heads up, the hallways could use a little more lighting, but overall, it was a great stay! 🌿

During my stay, I found the hotel to have good qualities. The free parking was a convenient feature, albeit somewhat complicated when moving cars around. The hotel has two meeting rooms available, which is beneficial for business purposes. Overall, it met my needs adequately during this work trip.
The surrounding area was a little iffy.
